How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

To maintain the shine of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear such as tarnishing.
